Repserve provides professional Business Development Managers at a fraction of the cost of a salary. They are trained by you, answer to you, and represent you with support and oversight of Repserve.
You can choose to employ your BDM for a percentage of time per month (25% increments), providing you greater flexibility as you expand within your new market. Agreements come with a guarantee and full disclosure to you up front, so you know your sales representatives will not be working for competing brands.
Your BDM is a full-time employee of Repserve, contracted to you for an agreed-upon percentage of time per month on an annual basis.
There is a six-month probationary period to ensure you are satisfied with your BDM. Repserve can provide you monthly activity statements of your BDM's movements, appointments, and allocation of time. The days your Repserve BDM is working for you need not be consecutive to give you even greater flexibility to better serve the needs of your customers and your business.
